As Canções da Maria Celebrate 15 Years with a Show in Estoril on December 13th

Everything is easier when you sing!

Since December 2011!

“As Canções da Maria” began when Mathilde and Manon, daughters of Maria and Xavier (our Mathias), started school. Maria, who is always writing songs, began writing and composing songs about the subjects they were learning, to make studying easier — and more like play.

The adventure through Portuguese, Mathematics and Environmental Studies continued with “As Canções da Maria II”. Then came our rich and wonderful history in “As Canções da Maria Especial História de Portugal”, followed by an exploration of how our bodies work in “As Canções da Maria Especial Corpo Humano”.

For fifteen years, Maria, Mathilde, Manon and Mathias have been singing for and delighting children, mothers, fathers, grandparents, educators and teachers.

“As Canções da Maria” are books, songs and cartoons.
“As Canções da Maria” are a fantastic tool for helping children succeed at school.
“As Canções da Maria” are fun.
“As Canções da Maria” are about studying and learning through song.

“As Canções da Maria” are us: Maria, Mathilde, Manon and Mathias.

To celebrate fifteen years of helping so many children learn, we’re putting on a concert in Estoril, at the Auditório da Boa Nova, on December 13th at 4:30 pm.

Part of the auditorium will be reserved for schools in Cascais.
