Guilherme Tomé RibeiroAKA: UhAhUh, GPU Panic and co-founder of Salto – was chosen to participate in the edition 2016 of the Red Bull Music Academy.

Since 1998, the Red Bull Music Academy promotes an annual meeting that brings together musicians from different parts of the world in a representative city musical and cultural vanguard. This year, the chosen city was the Montreal, Canada.

There are 70 musicians, divided into two sessions, each one with 35 members. Each session lasts for 15 days and Guilherme integrates the first, to take place between the 24th of September and the 7th of October.

The Oporto musician will have the unique opportunity to share music, stage and studio with musicians from around the world (this year’s edition has 38 nationalities), taking the time to listen and live experiences with some of the most important musicians and producers today.

The Red Bull Music Academy 2016 features guests such as Iggy Pop, Bjork, Chilly Gonzales, Theo Parrish, Suzanne Ciani, Tiga e Sampha among many others.
