Miguel Angelo releases NOVA (pop)
and today, the videoclip for the new song, QUIMERA feat D’alva
QUIMERA is the third song to be revealed comming out of NOVA (pop) and being the happy result of the collaboration between Miguel Angelo and D’Alva.
The video is also a chromatic journey into the spirit of Pop as Art, filmed, directed and edited by Edgar Keats, also author of the single and album cover (with support of A Outra Face da Lua).
NOVA (pop) is available in all digital platforms.
QUIMERA is part of NOVA (pop), the album Miguel Angelo published on 15 November and where he collaborates with new names of Portuguese music, including Filipe Sambado, Chinaskee, D’Alva and Surma.
The first single, NOVA, was presented a month ago and results from the direct action of Filipe Sambado and Chinaskee on Miguel Angelo‘s demo, who with total freedom and autonomy participate in it and sign their production.
The second song was presented in October. AQUISTA results from the collaboration between Miguel Angelo and Surma, on the composition and production.
The starting point was a short book by Herman Hesse, to which the author stole the title and the ambiance he needed to be inspired.
The sound experience in Aquista transports us to a hermetic dimension – both beautiful and delicate – in a haunting derived from Hesse’s stay in the Spa of Baden, Switzerland, in 1923.
Miguel Angelo will present NOVA (pop) on November 18th at Arena Live, Casino Lisboa at 10 pm, free admission from 14 years old, and will be attended by all the guests of this album.
